Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

the diamonds and gemstones we use for our jewelry are sourced from second hand buyers which means they are recycled and are reused again to help reduce the negative impact of diamond mining to the earth. 

when will i get my jewelry?

made to order items takes approximately 2-3 weeks after payment is received.

ready to order jewelry will be shipped with next day fedex 2 days after payment is received.

what if i need a rush order?

we understand that sometimes you are on a time frame, if possible, we will be flexible and work with you on a faster shipping date. contact us ahead of ordering. we will not charge any extra for this service.

what kind of payment do you accept?

we accept all major credit cards and paypal. Payments are due in full upon ordering.

how much is shipping?

shipping is $25 flat rate to any location within the U.S.

package will be fully insured with FedEx next day delivery service and will require a direct signature.

what is your exchange/return policy?

ready to order items

on all of our ready to order jewelry, if you decide you are not satisfied with the item, you will receive a full refund or exchange within 10 days upon receipt date. Item must be in its original form, unworn and unused.

made to order items

since some of our jewelry are made to order they are non-refundable and we cannot exchange them.

what if i need to resize the ring?

we offer a free resizing on our ready to ship rings.

can you design a ring for me if i have my own diamond?

sure! we will be happy to help you get the design you want with your diamond. contact us for further information.

can i use my diamond and order only the semi-mounting?

sure! just let us know before you place the order so we can give you a quote.

do you ship outside of the U.S?

unfortunately we do not ship internationally. yet.
